Application freeze on the loading screen

If your app is frozen on the loading screen, follow these steps:

For iPhone users:

Uninstall the app and reinstall it. Make sure to press ALLOW for all pop-up prompts.

For Android users:

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Apps
3. Find and select JF Cloud
4. Tap on Storage
5. Clear data (Android only)
6. Relaunch the app, which will bring you to the login screen
