Lights not displaying the personalized color

Verify the controller settings

Important – The BIT is usually preset correctly by your installation team. If you’ve been exploring the controller, you might have accidentally altered the BIT settings. Follow these steps to revert to the correct setting.

Press and release “MENU” on the controller’s interface to activate the screen

Navigate down to LED using the arrow keys, then press OK

Use the down arrow to switch the lights BIT from 12 to 8 or from 8 to 12. Select the opposite of the current setting

Press OK and run a program to ensure it’s functioning properly

If this solution doesn’t work, contact your local office
